Stuart H. Lubow
Chairman, President and CEO

Mr. Lubow has been a successful banking executive for over 30 years. He was a Founder, and is the Chairman, President and CEO of Community National Bank. Mr. Lubow was responsible for the entire regulatory application process at Community National Bank, as well as the initial and secondary stock offerings, raising approximately $67.0 million in capital. Under Mr. Lubow’s guidance, CNB has achieved significant growth and branch expansion; making it Long Island’s fastest growing community commercial bank.

Prior to Community National Bank, Mr. Lubow was Founder, President & CEO of Community State Bank in Teaneck, NJ. Community State Bank opened for business in 1997 and was profitable from its second full year of operation until its acquisition by Lakeland Bank in August 2003.

Before accepting the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Community State Bank, Mr. Lubow was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Garden State Bank. Mr. Lubow was instrumental in the bank’s dramatic turnaround. He implemented a new retail concept and re-engineered the banks organization. At the end of his tenure in 1996 Garden State Bank was significantly profitable to attract a substantial acquisition offer from Summit Bank.

During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Mr. Lubow was Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Dollar Dry Dock Bank in New York. It was during this period that Dollar Dry Dock received national acclaim for its innovative approach to retail banking. Mr. Lubow has also served as Senior Vice President for Peoples Bank, N.A. in Fairfield, New Jersey and has held official positions at First Fidelity Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.

Mr. Lubow has chaired and participated in many conferences on banking-related topics at both regional and national levels. Additionally, he has served as an instructor at the New York University School of Continuing Education. He is involved in a number of not-for-profit organizations, including The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

Mr. Lubow is a graduate of Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Conrad Gunther
First Executive Vice President – Chief Loan Officer

Mr. Gunther joined Community National Bank in 2009 as Senior Vice President and now serves as First Executive Vice President – Chief Loan Officer with responsibility for all lending and loan administration. He began his career in the credit training program at European American Bank (EAB) and for his final five years at EAB he was Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of North Fork Bank, where his responsibilities included all lending and loan administration as well as branch administration and operations. Mr. Gunther was a consultant to and Director of Reliance Bancorp for six years immediately prior to its sale to North Fork Bank. In addition to his banking experience he was an officer of Allied Coverage Corporation, a large commercial insurance broker, and founded and managed E-Bill Solutions, a company that provided credit card processing services to mail order, telephone order and internet merchants.

Donna Frasco
Executive Vice President – Chief Retail Officer

Donna Frasco joined Community National Bank in February 2005 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. As a member since inception, Ms. Frasco was essential in every phase of planning and is responsible for managing all aspects of the bank’s retail branch network including sales, operations & customer service. She is credited with directing and building the banks retail organization from a fledgling start up to a preeminent retail organization. Ms. Frasco has more than 20+ years of banking experience and as a key member of the senior management team has been instrumental in the bank’s rapid growth and success. Ms. Frasco is involved in the planning process to open additional branches while maintaining the bank’s commitment to quality and service. Prior to joining Community National Bank, Ms. Frasco served as vice president and sector sales manager for PNC Bank. She is credited with leading a dramatic turnaround in sales within her market. She was also vice president and market manager at Community State Bank in Bergen County and held management positions at Valley National Bank, United Jersey Bank and First Fidelity Bank.

Jay McConie
Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

Jay McConie joined Community National Bank in September 2007 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McConie is responsible for the Treasury, Investment and Asset Liability and financial and regulatory reporting functions of the Bank. Mr. McConie previously worked as Vice President – Financial Reporting for North Fork Bancorporation from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that Mr. McConie was as a controller in a product development unit for Ericsson Corporation and with the ACNielsen Corporation as a manager in the internal audit department. Mr. McConie began his career at KPMG and was an audit manager in Financial Services Audit Assurance practice located in Long Island, New York. Mr. McConie is a Certified Public Accountant and received an undergraduate degree in accounting from Long Island University.

Joseph F. Lavelle
Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer

Mr. Lavelle joined Community National Bank in 2006 and presently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Officer with responsibilities for regulatory compliance and risk management. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for the Bank. Mr. Lavelle's prior experience of 25 years consists of progressive responsibilities in banking operations, serving as Senior Vice President for Bank Operations with Reliance Bancorp., Inc. Mr. Lavelle was responsible for directing the merger of operations for three bank acquisitions. During his tenure at Reliance Bancorp, Inc., Mr. Lavelle also served as President of two bank subsidiary corporations, namely RFS Insurance Agency, Inc. for retail non-deposit investment services; and CBMC, Inc., a check cashing corporation with five Manhattan branches.

Sophia Haliotis
Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Ms. Haliotis joined Community National Bank in late 2013 as the Bank’s Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer with the responsibility of heading the Bank’s Credit and Loan Administration areas. She began her banking career at European American Bank (EAB) and graduated from its Corporate Credit training program. At EAB she was a Commercial Middle Market Lender, Loan Workout Manager, and Commercial Real Estate Director. During her final years at EAB, after acquisition by Citibank, she held the position Senior Vice President of Citibank’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Ms. Haliotis served as Senior Credit Executive for JP Morgan Chase’s Commercial Term Lending Group responsible for credit quality and loan approval for loan assets in NY, NJ, FL, DC, MA, PA and the Central Region. Ms. Haliotis also was the Head of Business Banking and CRE at Popular Community Bank and held credit executive positions at Fremont Investment & Loan and iStar Financial. Ms. Haliotis graduated with BA degree from the City University of NY and her MBA degree in Finance from Adelphi University.
